ClubJOY – the “Broadway Musical” Edition ;)

>>>SCROLL BELOW FOR THE COMPLETE PHOTO GALLERY OF FUN!!<<< THANKS, AS ALWAYS, to Margaret Taitano for the EXCEPTIONAL PHOTOS!

Across nine months of the year, we do an event (once per month near the outset of each of the nine months) and we call it ClubJOY.
ClubJOY is literally for ALL ages – no one too young and no one too old!!! (PS – That means YOU qualify!)

In March, we ran a theme predicated on Broadway and Movie Musical numbers coupled with an accompanying trivia question per song… some came dressed in character and scored added points for their teams!!! It was a scene – and you’ll NOT want to miss the next one.

We experienced together live performances of songs and snippets from My Fair Lady, Sound of Music, and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera.

Belted out songs included Elvis’ “Can’t Help Falling in Love” from Blue Hawaii, “Summertime” from Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess, and Oklahoma!’s opening piece “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'” in addition to many others.
A couple of gunslingers chimed with “Anything You Can Do (I Can Do Better)” and others treated us to “On the Street Where You Live” as well as “Hello, Dolly” and “Day by Day.”

Chick Morrison provided a fantastic devotional segment to launch us into the day that ended, as always, with scrumptuous food!!!
