Women’s Ministry

The women of Edisto Beach Baptist seek to encourage and build-up one another relationally. They serve, share, study, pray, teach, plan, lead and worship in relationship with God and one another on the Sandbar.

Life on the Sandbar offers unique opportunities for women’s ministry in that many inhabitants live a single adult or single-esque lifestyle. What is a single-esque lifestyle? Glad you asked.

You know how to live as a single adult and the Sandbar hosts many. The single-esque lifestyle means many couples live between Edisto Beach and another location -Aiken, Atlanta, Asheville, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Columbia- where a primary home or business requires a spouse to split time. Thus, the women of Edisto Beach Baptist seek to build relationship and life into the inhabitants of this unique place called the Sandbar, aka, Edisto Beach.
